A course is eligible for extended Post-Study Work Rights if it meets all of the following criteria:

• The course is in the ‘Registered’ status
• The course is a Skills Level 1 Qualification (Bachelor, Masters or PhD)
• The course duration is 92 weeks or greater
• The course’s narrow Field of Education aligns with the Skills Level 1 priority list
• The course is not in the 08 - Management and Commerce broad Field of Education

The eligibility of courses is reviewed yearly.

Eligible courses must have at least 1 active enrolment at the time the eligibility of the course is reviewed.
